St. Patrick's Day is always a busy occasion for Scoil Rince Slieveloughane, an Irish dance school with studios throughout the Puget Sound. The Tacoma studio had six performances Monday, including the Harp and Shamrock gift shop in Proctor and the Narrows Glen Senior Retirement Community. "It was exhausting. My daughter was falling asleep in the car on the way home," said coordinator Celeste Hurst of her daughter Sophie, one of the senior dancers. "But they look forward to it. It's a great day to celebrate everything Irish."
