Susan Hutchison, the recently elected chairwoman of the Washington State Republican party, will be guest speaker at Saturday's Lincoln Day Dinner in Tacoma.
Hutchison, a longtime Seattle TV anchor and GOP candidate for King County Executive in 2009, was elected chairwoman of the party in August. She has been traveling the state since her election, already speaking at seven county GOP Lincoln Day dinners.
After leaving television news, Hutchison was the executive director of the Charles and Lisa Simonyi Fund for Arts and Sciences in Seattle.
The program begins at 7 p.m. Saturday in the Evergreen Ballroom of the La Quinta Inn, 1425 E. 27th Street.
