Oakwood, Tyee Park schools focus on health

More than 600 kids, parents and staff members from Oakwood and Tyee Park elementary schools have participated in Family Health and Fitness nights, where they learn about healthy lifestyles. The events feature dinner, snacks and physical activities.

The two schools are among nine in Washington state selected for the program by the Hope Heart Institute and Molina Healthcare.
