A Roy man driving in Oregon had a cinder block dropped on his car from a freeway overpass which struck his passenger in the face, Oregon State Police said.
The incident took place about 4:30 a.m. Sunday on Interstate 5 under the E. Oregon Avenue overpass in Creswell, Ore.
A 28-year-old Roy man was driving north when the cinder block came through the windshield and hit a 30-year-old woman in the face. She was treated at a hospital and released. The driver was not injured.
Troopers said four people two on bicycles and two on skateboards were seen in the area around the time of the incident but do not know if they were involved.
