High school students’ 3-D designs at museum

April 28, 2014

The Museum of Glass in Tacoma recently collaborated with high schools in Pierce County to demonstrate the abilities of young artists through a design competition. The contest challenged students to design a three-dimensional environment.

Three proposals from students at Federal Way High School and Stadium High School in Tacoma were selected by the museum to be displayed in the exhibit “Glassorama: Environments for Kids Design Glass.” This exhibit can be viewed from May 7 to Sept. 7.
