Avalanche warning still in place for Cascades, Olympics

Avalanche risk is high in the Olympics and west slopes of the Cascades.


An avalanche warning remains in place today for the Olympics and the west slopes of the Cascades, according to the Northwest Weather and Avalanche Center.


The danger scale has been placed at “high” by the NWAC, it’s second highest rating.
