A warrant has been issued for a 20-year-old man accused of groping two teen girls at a late night youth program in Puyallup.

Police said Allen inappropriately touched the girls Jan. 10. He ran into one of the victims a week later at a fast food restaurant and allegedly forced her against a wall and groped her again.

Allen is known to hang out near the South Hill Mall and the McDonalds restaurant at 4603 S. Meridian, according to a police bulletin.

He is black, 5-feet-6 and 140 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He is a transient living in Puyallup or Spanaway.

In an unrelated incident, Allen pleaded guilty to second-degree assault and third-degree assault for a July 2013 incident at a South Hill store where he stole several items and hit a police sergeant with a sledge hammer.

Anyone with information on Allen’s whereabouts is asked to call the Puyallup Police Department’s tip line at 253-770-3343.
