Wu-Tang Clan, Head and the Heart, Elvis Costello and more at Bumbershoot

The lineup for the annual Seattle music festival Bumbershoot has been announced and it’s about as eclectic and wide-ranging as you can imagine. Heading up the long list of artists performing at this years Labor Day weekend event are the iconic rap group the Wu-Tang Clan, British rocker Elvis Costello, the newly reformed Replacements and local indie-folk outfit the Head and the Heart.

Bumbershoot, which kicks off on August 30 and runs until September 1st, is one of the Northwest’s premier music and comedy festivals. After hosting the main stage within Key Arena for past three years, event organizers are moving back to its original location at Memorial Stadium, which should allow for more spectators.
