Puyallup man pleads not guilty to hoarding 100,000 child porn images

May 15, 2014

A Puyallup man pleaded not guilty Thursday to hoarding more than 100,000 images of child pornography.

John Graff, 56, is charged with five counts of first-degree possession of depictions of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct. Pierce County Superior Court Commissioner Meagan Foley ordered him jailed in lieu of $500,000 bail and prohibited him from being in contact with children.

Police received a tip in March from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and obtained several images from Graff's Internet provider.

Graff allegedly kept more than 100,000 child porn images on his external hard drive, according to charging papers.

He was arrested Tuesday at his home.
