Military mom returns, surprises kids

Navy Petty Officer 3rd Class Kristina Nicole Watkins, kisses her daughter, Cheyenne, 12, after surprising her and her son, Dragon, at the Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium in Tacoma on D-Day, Friday, June 6, 2014. Watkins had returned home last night from a nine-month deployment in Afghanistan and stayed at a friend's house to not spoil the surprise. Cheyenne, 12, and Dragon, 7, were on a field trips with fellow students from Giaudrone Middle School and Whitman Elementary.
