Electricity restored to 1,300 in Sumner after power outage

A power outage affected about 1,300 homes and businesses Wednesday in Sumner.

They regained power just before 11 a.m., according to Puget Sound Energy.

The company said crews found no problem with the electrical equipment but did not say what prompted the outage, which was reported shortly before 10 a.m.
