  • Discounted Tickets

Fairgoers can buy discounted tickets to the 17-day Washington State Fair online through Sept. 4. The rates are $2.50 cheaper than the regularly priced tickets: $10 for adults and $7.50 for students and seniors. For more information on discounted packages and to purchase tickets, visit thefair.com/tickets.

The Washington State Fair started selling advanced tickets for the annual 17-day event this week.

Fairgoers who buy their tickets online now will pay 20 percent less, or $2.50 off the regular ticket price. Discounts for tickets and packages, including Dizzy Passes, are good through Sept. 4.

The Washington State Fair — formerly known as the Puyallup Fair before a major rebrand last year — runs Sept. 5-21. Although The Fair stopped announcing attendance numbers last year, officials say it is the largest fair in the Pacific Northwest, attracting more than a million people.
