Kent man injured after tractor falls on leg

Staff writerJuly 3, 2014

A Kent man injured his leg Thursday after the tractor he was riding tipped over on a small hill, according to the Fire Department.

Paramedics were called just after noon to the 14500 block of SE 288th Place to help the man, who was conscious but unable to free himself from beneath the tractor.

Fire crews used specialized jacks to stabilize the tractor and lift it high enough to pull the man out. He suffered non-life threatening injuries and was taken to a local hospital.
