Though the team lists Graham officially as questionable for Sunday’s game at Tennessee, coach Pete Carroll said he expects his star tight end to play. He missed practice on Wednesday and Thursday with an ankle “issue” but was full go in Friday’s light workout. Shead, last season’s starting right cornerback, is on track to return from major knee surgery to practice on Oct. 16, the first day he can by rules of the physically-unable-to-perform list.

Give voters one plan for carbon tax

Voters may not approve a carbon-tax initiative in 2018, but at least give them a measure supported by a unified environmental movement instead of multiple factions.
