• How do I stop my paper for vacation?

Simply contact one of our Customer Service Representatives at 1-800-289-8711 or use our online vacation stop form.

We can hold the newspapers until you return, convert you to our e-edition to access your newspaper subscription from anywhere you can access the internet, or another very popular option is to donate newspapers to local schools to be used in their curriculum.

We also understand that there are some subscribers that travel frequently or for long periods of time. We do have programs for them also. If you are leaving for two months or more, and choose not to have it converted to the e-edition, we will hold your account balance and reactivate it when you return. If you are a frequent traveler, we also have a rate that is a 25 percent discount off the regular rate. A frequent traveler would be 12 or more temporary stops in a year or an annual accumulation of 60 days on temporary stop.
