Calendar’s photographs feature highlights in state park system
The 2009 Washington State Parks Calendar, now available, features full-color photographs of some of the park system’s premier and unique features.
The images include a winter landscape of Deception Pass, an aerial view of the newest state park at Cama Beach, a view of basalt columns at Sun Lakes-Dry Falls, the historic homestead at Olmstead Place and an autumn scene at Pearrgyin Lake State Park.
Proceeds from the sale go toward the care and maintenance of Washington state parks. The calendar sells for $12.95 and is available online at www.parks.wa.gov/specialoffers. Orders should be made by Dec. 17 for delivery by Christmas.
