The Puyallup chapter of Ducks Unlimited will hold its annual fundraising banquet Nov. 19 at the Showplex Exposition Center at the Puyallup Fair & Events Center.
Doors open at 5:30 p.m., with a prime rib dinner served at 6:45 p.m.
There will be a live auction, silent auction, ladies-only raffle and a general raffle for items such as guns, hunting trips and fishing trips.
Those who buy tickets before Nov. 12, will be entered in a drawing to win a gun. Ticket prices are $60 per person or $85 a couple. The ticket price includes a Ducks Unlimited membership.
Ducks Unlimited is a wetland conservation group working to preserve wetlands for waterfowl habitat, and other wildlife. Funds from the event help with wildlife projects across the nation. Locally, banquet funds have helped with the Nisqually Delta restoration project.
