Museum of Glass show pays tribute to ties between Australian, Northwest artists
A 92-piece Museum of Glass exhibit is making a stunning tribute to a 40-year relationship that glass aficionados but not many other people have known about for years. Its a relationship where learning has flowed both ways, where two cultures Australians and Pacific Northwesterners have tangled with the same temperamental material.
For many Puget Sound folk, Memorial Weekend means one thing: the Northwest Folklife Festival in Seattle.
