Former hospital sells for $2.5 million
A former hospital facility in Chehalis and a building in west Olympia have sold, the commercial real estate company GVA Kidder Mathews announced Friday.
Providence Health & Services has sold the former Chehalis Hospital for $2.5 million to an undisclosed Spokane developer and the last building in a six-building development called Cooper Point Village also has sold, according to a GVA Kidder Mathews news release.
The sales price for the nearly 8,000-square-foot building at Cooper Point Road and Harrison Avenue was not disclosed.
