Featuring a new slate of artists, the eighth annual Rock & Worship Roadshow will come to Kent on Thursday. This year’s lineup includes Christian music performers Newsboys, Jeremy Camp, Mandisa, Danny Gokey, Family Force 5 and Audio Adrenaline. Citizen Way will perform during a preparty.
Storyteller and musician Shaun Groves will return as the event’s quest speaker.
Winners of multiple Dove Awards, Newsboys has been nominated four times for a Grammy Award. The group has sold more than 9 million records and had 33 No. 1 radio hits. The group is comprised of lead vocalist Michael Tait, Jody Davis (guitar), Jeff Frankenstein (keys) and Duncan Phillips (drums).
In 12 years as a songwriter and performer, Camp has earned three American Music Award nominations and one Grammy nomination. An ordained minister, Camp has sold 4 million albums and taken part in more than 25 tours.

With three hit singles, Mandisa is a Grammy and Dove Award winner. She was a finalist in Season 5 of “American Idol.” Her debut album, “Overcomer,” was released in 2013 and debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Christian Albums Chart. She has sold more than 1 million records.
On their third Roadshow tour, Family Force 5 is an alternative pop/rock band that had a No. 1 hit with “Let it be Love.” The band includes Derek Mount (“Chap Stique”/guitar, vocals), Jacob Olds (“Crouton”/vocals, drums), Joshua Olds (“Fatty”/bass, vocals), Nathan Currin (“Nadaddy”/keyboards, vocals, percussion) and Teddy Boldt (“Hollywood”/drums, percussion).
Since starting in 1986, Audio Adrenaline has won two Grammy Awards and five Dove Awards. Having gone through multiple lineups, the band is currently comprised of Adam Agee (lead vocals), Dave Stovall (bass, vocals), Jack Campbell (drums) and Brandon Bagby (guitar, vocals).
Organized by Compassion International, there have been more than 170 roadshow performances before more than 1.3 million people.
