Wingman anniversary: The Tacoma brewery will celebrate its fourth anniversary with a full tap and bottle list and food from Lizzie Lou’s Comfort Food truck. The event starts at noon April 18. Happy Belly baking class: The vegetarian-leaning cafe in downtown Tacoma, Happy Belly, will have a spring sweets baking class at 7 p.m. April 25 at the cafe, 1122 Market St., Tacoma; 253-365-6706. Cost of the class is $20. The class includes a light meal, plus sweets from the class. Burger Rama: Ram restaurants in Tacoma, Lakewood and Puyallup are bringing back Burger Rama this month. The burger specials menu includes a Cubano-themed burger with pulled pork, an egg and green chili burger, a mushroom burger melt and a pork belly burger. Find Ram locations at theram.com.
Beer dinner at 208 Garfield: Parkland’s 208 Garfield will have a beer dinner at 6 p.m. Thursday April 16 featuring a menu of cured, pickled, preserved and fermented foods.
