Pacific Grill, the downtown Tacoma restaurant that just celebrated its seventh anniversary in August, broadens its flavors this fall with a pork tenderloin stew with chickpeas, fennel, coriander and something I adore: Greek yogurt with the Middle Eastern spice za’atar ($19.95). What else is on the new fall menu? Duck breast with a farro “risotto” paired up with bacon, leeks and wild mushrooms ($28). This made me do a double take: roasted chicken leg-thigh over fir boughs with baked spaghetti squash with fontina and jalapeno ($18.95). I’ll have some of that. Menus are below.
