Dear Steve: I’d love to. Problem is I’m at a loss for what to write. The best pastrami I’ve had was homemade at a friend’s house. I can’t send readers there. She wouldn’t like that much.
Question for readers: Where should I go to find good pastrami? Corned beef? Anyone?

A stack of pastrami on rye with mustard and a pickle, just like they serve on the East Coast is what I like about Pastrami’s in Tacoma. Matt’s Famous Hot Dogs in South Seattle has a smokin’ pastrami sandwich with hot pastrami, mustard and a pickle but on a french roll dunked in au jus.
