A reader inquired about the fate of Fife City Bar & Grill after seeing a sign for an auction of that restaurant’s equipment. I found a website announcement from Chef Diana Prine saying that she has closed her Fife restaurant. Here’s the text of Prine’s farewell, which you can read here. Something to note – she said she’s “excited for what lies ahead.” I hope to reach her by phone soon to find out what that is. Another restaurant in the works?
