Tacoma attorney Casey Arbenz has announced his candidacy for the No. 3 Position on the Gig Harbor City Council currently held by Derek Young. Young, who is serving his fourth term on the council since he was first elected in 1997 at age 21, has said he does not plan to seek re-election.
