A 27-year-old woman who has accused her ex-boyfriend of raping her at gunpoint in her Lacey apartment last year testified Monday that after he forced his way into her home, he told her that he was going to kill her, then himself, so she agreed to have sex with him in her bedroom. She said that she felt like if she didn’t go along with his suggestion to have sex, “that he was going to take my life.”
