The Port of Tacoma and the William Factory Small Business Incubator will present a series of eight seminars on business development beginning this month and continuing through mid-December.
The series is targeted at small and emerging business in the Puget Sound region, according to a Factory release on Wednesday.
Workshops will be held at Incubator headquarters at 1423 E. 29th St. from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. on the following dates:

Dec. 2: Working with prime contractors, subcontracting and joint ventures.
Dec. 16: Bid readiness – considerations and assessments.
