Billed as the nation’s largest cannabis-related convention, CannaCon will open Thursday, Feb. 19, beginning a three-day run on Pier 91 at Smith Cove in Seattle.
The convention is open to the public with admission set at $10 per person.
Among the attractions, Tommy Chong, 76, will appear to promote his line of medical marijuana, Chong Star, and the Tommy Chong Green Card, a frequent-customer rewards card.
Also appearing will be pot market expert Cheryl Shuman, featured in Elle Magazine as “the most powerful woman in the pot industry.”
Never miss a local story.
A sold-out array of 300 vendors will offer all types of products related to the cannabis industry, from CO2 extractors to seeds.
Organizers also will present several seminars on subjects ranging from lighting technology to budtending, from soils to signage.
