Scheer has 18 years’ experience in commercial and business lending and is a graduate of Seattle University. Most recently he was senior commercial relationship manager at BECU.

has joined Sound Retina in Tacoma. He is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is joining the firm as a new associate. He has worked as a vitreoretinal surgeon in private practice since 2009 in the Seattle area. Fung has a bachelor’s degree from Duke University and a medical degree from Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University. He performed a ophthalmology residency at Hamilton Eye Institute at University of Tennessee and a Vitreoretinal Fellowship at Charles Retina Institute in Memphis, Tenn.
