The Port of Tacoma Commission is considering new transparency measures for large projects. Added to the list to receive more public airing include projects that emit more than 10,000 metric tons of carbon dioxide per year.

Northwest Seaport Alliance CEO John Wolfe received a $30,000 lump-sum Thursday for his high marks in leading the Port of Tacoma in the past year. Wolfe earns $300,000 as the chief executive of the two-port alliance.
