Age: 24.

Description: 5 feet 10, 155 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Where registered to live: Homeless in Tacoma.

Criminal history: Convicted in 2004 of third-degree assault with sexual motivation in Pierce County after he sexually assaulted a 22-year-old woman.

Sex offender treatment: Did not participate in the treatment program.

FRED CARL MCFATE

Age: 27.

Description: 5 feet 9, 125 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.

Where registered to live: Transient in Pierce County.

Criminal history: Convicted in 1999 of first-degree child molestation in Kitsap County after he sexually abused a 6-year-old relative on several occasions. He also threatened the boy if he told anyone.

Sex offender treatment: Completed the treatment program while in prison but made minimal improvements in several areas of treatment, the Pierce County Sheriff’s Department reported.

Other information: Recently moved to Pierce County after being released from custody. He’s under state Department of Corrections supervision in the community.

THEODORE ALFRED BURNETT

Age: 48.

Description: 6 feet 3, 210 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.

Where registered to live: 13100 block of 140th Avenue KPN in unincorporated Pierce County.

Criminal history: Convicted in 1993 of first-degree sexual abuse and first-degree sodomy in Oregon after he sexually assaulted an 8-year-old relative. He was convicted in 1994 of first-degree sex abuse after assaulting a 9-year-old relative. He was convicted in 1978 of third-degree rape after sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl.

Sex offender treatment: Does not appear he participated in treatment, the Sheriff’s Department reported.

Other information: Recently released from custody and moved into the Key Peninsula area. He’s under state Department of Corrections supervision in the community.
