A pedestrian struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver early Sunday in Tacoma was identified Monday as Ronald A. McKellar, 53, of Tacoma.
Police on Monday were looking for the drivers and passengers from a gray Jeep Cherokee and a red full-sized pickup that were in the area and may have information about the suspect vehicle.
The crash happened about 12:25 a.m. on Pacific Avenue between South 64th and South 72nd streets. McKellar was dragged after being struck, police said.
