Bonney Lake and Sumner high schools’ Special Olympics basketball teams will participate in the district’s Pack the Gym event to benefit local food banks. Special Olympics basketball players will participate in individual skills competition and play a full game at the event starting at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Bonney Lake High School gym, 10920 199th Ave. Court E. Admission is free and a donation of canned food is encouraged.
