A husband and wife accused of running Lakewood massage parlors that offered sexual services have been sentenced.
As part of negotiations with Pierce County prosecutors, Yonghe Yu, 60, pleaded guilty Tuesday to three counts of second-degree promoting prostitution.
Superior Court Judge James Orlando sentenced him to two days in jail.
His wife, 60-year-old Shurong Wang, pleaded guilty to giving massages without the proper license.

Orlando gave her three months in jail, and suspended the sentence for a year. That means she won’t have to serve the time if she doesn’t have further trouble with the law before then.
Neither had a prior criminal history.
Prosecutors alleged that women at the couple’s businesses in the 9200 block and 8700 block of South Tacoma Way tried to give undercover detectives sexual services.
Investigators said a couple made an anonymous tip to police after the sexual nature of their massages at one of the businesses surprised them.
Attorneys for the couple did not return a phone call from The News Tribune.
