King County medical examiners have identified the man Kent police found shot to death early Sunday.
Terez Bardwell, 25, died of multiple gunshot wounds, medical examiners determined.
Kent police responded to a report of shots fired about 1:50 a.m. Sunday in the 25100 block of 74th Avenue South, spokesman Jarod Kasner wrote in a news release Sunday.
Police found Bardwell’s body there, Kasner wrote. First responders were unable to revive him.

Officers believe Bardwell was targeted because of his “association to criminal activity,” Kasner wrote.
An investigation is ongoing.
