Auburn police are asking for help to find a 73-year-old man reported missing from his home Wednesday.
Douglas Thomas Sr. suffers from dementia, and requires insulin to manage his diabetes, police said in an Endangered Missing Person Advisory issued about 8:30 p.m.
His son reported Thomas missing about 7 p.m., and he’s believed to be without money, a vehicle, or anyone he knows in the area.
He’s described as white, 5 feet 10, 185 pounds, with gray hair, brown eyes and a beard.
Last seen, he was wearing a blue flannel, fleece-lined jacket.
The alert did not provide a photo of him.
Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
