Police seek man charged with robbery, shooting at Spanaway auto parts store
A man police say a man who robbed and shot up a Spanaway car parts store has a nationwide warrant for his arrest.
Terry Moser Jr., 35, is charged with first-degree assault, three counts of first-degree robbery and unlawful gun possession.
Pierce County Superior Court Judge Michael Schwartz signed the warrant Sept. 17, but Moser has not yet been found.
Charging papers give this account:
Wearing a wig and carrying a handgun, Moser showed up just after noon Sept. 9 at AutoZone, 127 173rd St. S. He pointed the weapon at a clerk, demanded cash and also took cash from customers.
He fired into the ceiling and, as he fled, shot at an employee but missed. Moser took off in a white sedan, which he crashed nearby, prompting him to run away.
Police say he’s armed and dangerous.
They describe him as 5 feet 8, 175 pounds, with a shaved head and brown eyes. His tattoos include “Moser” across his upper back and a Space Needle image down his spine.
