Microsoft: Tax breaks not âtheâ™ factor in choosing Iowa for data center

The $1.1 billion decision by Redmond-based software giant Microsoft has already caused one Washington lawmaker to point fingers after the Republican Senate and Democratic House failed to reach agreement this year on closure of some tax breaks, including oil refineries, while extending others for high-tech firms.
