77 sailboats take part in race that ends at Toliva Shoal, near Steilacoom

6:47 PM - Seventy-seven sailboats took part in Saturday’s 41st running of the Toliva Shoal Race, which begins in Budd Inlet and heads northeast to Toliva Shoal, not far from Steilacoom in Pierce County. It was the largest field in five years.
