More than 150 people are expected to participate in a walk Friday to raise money for the Sexual Assault Center of Pierce County.

Participants will “walk a mile in her shoes” for the fundraiser.

“I ended up with pink flats,” Master Builders Association of Pierce County President Duke York said in a news release.

Men also accessorize in boas, makeup and dresses.

The third annual walk through downtown Tacoma is aimed at fighting rape and other sexual assaults.

Teams are expected from the County Prosecutor’s office, Department of Corrections and Master Builders Association.
