YELM: Man, 41, dies near Clear Lake after car hits utility pole

A Yelm man was killed Tuesday night after his car left the road near Clear Lake in Thurston County and hit a utility pole, the Washington State Patrol reported.
Dean A. Sorensen, 41, died at the scene.
Troopers believe his 2006 Kia Spectra was going northeast on Bald Hills Road just after 6 p.m. The car left the roadway at North Clear Lake Boulevard and hit the pole.
