Highway 512 lanes to close for repairs
CommentsPavement repairs will close lanes and exits on Highway 512 early this morning and tonight.
Late Wednesday, crews were to close two right lanes of Highway 512, as well as the offramp to and the on-ramp from Pacific Avenue. They should be reopened by 6 a.m.
Tonight, workers will close two right lanes of westbound Highway 512, the on- and offramps to Steele Street and the onramp to northbound Interstate 5.
Drivers trying to get to northbound I-5 will detour from westbound Highway 512 onto South Tacoma Way and to Bridgeport Avenue. The road will close at 8:30 p.m. and reopen at 6 a.m. Friday.
