New Burley Olalla interchange on Highway 16 to open Wednesday
CommentsThe Department of Transportation will open the new Highway 16 Burley Olalla Road interchange at 10 a.m. on Wednesday.
This will eliminate the last at-grade intersection on Highway 16.
DOT reported that the project was completed under budget and nearly one year ahead of schedule.
State and local officials will be hand for the opening at Burley Olalla Road in Kitsap County on the west side of Highway 16.
