Sound Transit says this is the year it will start formulating specific plans for long-term access improvements at two Sounder stations in eastern Pierce County. The improvements at the Puyallup and Sumner stations could include building parking garages as well as adding features to make it easier for riders to get to the transit hubs by foot or bicycle.
