State AG asks judge to uphold Fife’s pot ban, but rejects city’s claim that federal law trumps I-502

In a brief filed this week, the state Attorney General is urging a Pierce County judge to uphold Fife’s ordinance prohibiting marijuana-related businesses in the city limits. But the AG rejects the city’s claim that federal prohibition of pot trumps I-502.
