Plan would reintroduce fishers into Cascades

Could begin as early this fall, and includes sites within Mount Rainier National Park.

A sub-adult female is released from it's wooden box into Olympic National Park in 2008. The National Park Service is considering a plan to work with the state Department of Fish and Wildlife to reintroduce fishers into the Cascades, including Mount Rainier and North Cascades national parks.
