The net neutrality myth

One would expect the black-hatted ISPs to show all the signs of monopoly: high profit margins, lackluster investment rates and no pressing effort to improve service to entice customers and content to their networks. Conversely, one would expect edge providers to operate on slim margins while trying to survive an endless competitive death march. But the data tell a dramatically different story.
