WHAT: This annual event is a celebration of small-town life. Organizers put the emphasis on family activities, including activities for kids, a classic car show, and vendors offering food, crafts and local services.
WHEN: Saturday from 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
EVENT HIGHLIGHTS: There will be a dozen organizations with booths at the street fair. Registration for the classic car show will be from 8-10 a.m., with the show starting at 10. The show will feature collectible cars, as well as hot rods, trucks and motorcycles.
KIDS ACTIVITIES: The Poulsbo Fire Department will have a truck on hand for children to explore, there will be a fishing derby (poles, bait and help will be provided), there will be a robotic station set up in the Naval Undersea Museum, touch tanks at the Keyport dock, a tennis clinic and a chance to check out a Kitsap Sheriff’s crusier.
MUSCIAL ATTRACTIONS: Among the performers on the schedule are the North Kitsap High School marching band, Farragut Brass Band, the bluegrass group Glennwood Station, Hawaiian music from Kelly Kainani, rock from JJRichGuy and Mexican pop sounds from Lobo Z7.
COST: Admission is free.
