I don’t know if you were like me, hoping to catch a glimpse of the total lunar eclipse, resulting in a blood moon, early Wednesday morning.
If so, you too were disappointed – thanks to the fog and clouds.
When I went to bed, I thought we had caught a break as the early evening clouds had parted and the full moon was easily visible.
But, when I got up at 1 a.m., I couldn’t have pointed out where the moon was because of the fog that covered the area. I didn’t bother getting up at 3:25 a.m. when the total eclipse was to begin.
So, here is a photo for those who wanted to see the blood moon.
And the wait for the next one isn’t too long. It will take place April 4, 2015.
