UW actually blew the game's first good scoring chance when Michael Braunstein was wide right with a 39-yard field goal.
Arizona took advantage, marching down field and taking a 3-0 lead on Nick Folk's 52-yarder.
That, however, set off the Huskies who marched for long touchdown drives on their next three possessions. Each drive was keyed by long passes to first to Sonny Shackelford, next to Anthony Russo and then a 55-yard touchdown to Quintin Daniels in the last half minute. Stanback-to-Shackelford has become quite the combination the past two weeks. At half, Shackelford has five catches for 1-5 yards and a touchdown.
After missing his first four passes, Stanback has completed his next 10 in a row for 244 yards.
For now at least, the Huskies are just looking like the far better team.
